| A: | Panagam Corporation (the owner of World Poker Live) is legally incorporated in both Panama and Costa Rica. Our primary base of operations is Costa Rica (this is where our servers are located), and our banking is done in Panama with one of the largest banks in the World.
Panama is a world hub of banking, and offers secure, private banking laws, literally built into their constitution. Your deposits could not be safer! Costa Rica is the perfect base of operations due to the availability of fast bandwidth, and qualified, english speaking workers. Plus, the surfing is great down here! |

Our software (both mobile and PC versions) have been custom built. We chose this route because we wanted something different, and wanted to have complete control over the software. This also allows us the ability to update and repair the software much faster than if a third party supplied the software for us. |
